Kyle made me aware of shortcoming in our previous policy that may have been detrimental to my company, he ensured all the bases were covered. 3 /5 Summer Rodrigue: Kyle is amazing to work with on thr business side, Mo is great on the auto side. Both are prompt & efficient. Jordan on the business side seems to lack knowledge, comprehension & effiency. I also feel that sometimes she purposely takes her time and does not put the proper attention to things. I received notice that my GL was going to cancel on 1/31/2024. When I spoke with Kyle he said we would investigate why, after informing both Kyle and Jordan that I want to cancel anyway before the 31st she proceeds to tell me the GL had already been canceled by the GL company. Wrong, its pending cancelation & I want to cancel before that date!! Every day active cost me on the policy. Maybe thats why she takes her time?
