Justice JoyceTV I had to handle family matters as each account holder is indisposed. Yall sheer disregard for any levels of customer service, organization and I met the agency owner while trying to pay.
I dont know a great insurance or bank, but I do know predators & predatory feelings. A UDAAP filing needs to take place here to identity if these elders are paying more than theyll ever receive.
Kemper Life is how its titles but Ive known of Union National since I was a child and the insurance man would come by for payments. Paying online is impossible and paying by phone is an option but I cant imagine if there are fees or lack of concern for privacy when account numbers are given.
I had tone thrown at me that I didnt care for which prompted me to bring up a return phone call that didnt happen on Tuesday (its Thursday). Come to find out, I was given unfilled words by the Son but the Dad was the person I was incorrectly addressing in the office.
Dad called the son and the son actually owned he didnt call back. I apologized for my misspoken error.
In summary, I do not recommend. Lets not abuse our own people or have a hint of impropriety of doing so.
