I’ve heard horror stories from other people dealing with hurricane insurance claims, but Allstate took care of us and Scott did a wonderful job. 1 /5 Jerry Beasley: Responded to a mailer sent out by this agent, Scott Raley, and when I called I had questions about the quote process and I advised him that I had emailed him detailed information. He was very condescending and rude during the call. When he couldnt find the information, he said he was busy, and didnt want to do business with me and then hung up. I attempted to call him back and said he didnt want to talk to me. Ive never been so shocked in my life. Based on this experience, Ill never do business with Allstate again.
