5 /5 Bobbie Driver: Hannah was amazing! We Was told at a different location that finance rates 41.1% was set based on loan size by the state, come to find out that was incorrect. First Franklins rates are so much lower!!!! They are very friendly and explain everything. We highly recommend them!
