Kayla Nash My preappointment confirmation call, she didnt know the address to give me, as Id never been before and didnt know the location. One thing after another, trying to find the place, I ended up a few minutes late to my appointment time, along with my daughter for hers. This was no problem for them at all. We still got called to the back and to the practitioner quickly. Ms.Nicole was very informative, open with us, quick to add my son in as a new patient for our next visit without a referral. She listened to our concerns, our issues, gave us referrals for counseling, and a backup option in case we didnt like the first. She was polite with incredible warmth. Between the 3 of us in her office, we laid a lot on her in a matter of minutes and she managed it all smoothly and quickly, keeping up with everything we said and didnt verbally relay. She managed to make us all feel seen and heard at the same time. I feel that we may actually have a much better experience from now on with our mental health team.

Froelker Jeffrey Matt Stevens from this office never returned an email on a claim we had with his client. I had to reach out to the Travelers Insurance corporate office directly. If youre looking for insurance that is going to protect you, this company isnt the one.

McLaughlin Torie (The Purposeful Life) It is NOT very often I get to write a positive review about any facility or company I have had to deal with as it relates to getting help or helpful information concerning those responsible for assisting elders. So I jump at the opportunity to be able to tell others about any company created to assist elders in need when I can. Pennington is worthy of that sort of commendation. They are TRULY about helping people and NOT simply making money. We have had to pay thousands of dollars for simple information from just about everybody, but Pennington gives you real help, and charges you for doing real work to assist you.
