She is so patient and personable, yet maintains an aire of professionalism. All of my questions are answered , no matter how simple they may have been. Martin Spellman Jennifer Cook was *always* there to help us, answer questions, etc. She returned calls, texts or emails very quickly, usually within an hour, during the day, at night, on weekends and even when she was sick! Filling out the forms and other paperwork was almost all done electronically via email or website, so we could do it when convenient after work or weekends. Jennifer wasnt afraid to give her honest opinions. I couldnt ask for a better home mortgage loan experience. Very highly recommended.
