The account was recently charged off. I had no access to online banking. I was never notified that there was a negative balance on the account. They have multiple email, phone numbers, and addresses on file. They did not reach out to me once about the negative balance on my account, they just charged it off to a creditor instead. I spoke with a supervisor over the phone, Lanita, who was very rude. It’s sad - NFCU values state they put their members first, and that they strive to do what’s right, that they serve with compassion. From my recent experiences, I can personally say that NFCU does not live up to its core values like they did in the past.

So after the excitement of getting a new vehicle has left you’ll wait a few more weeks still before receiving said vehicle,. But the man running the place will act as if he wants to be your financial advisor. I’m embarrassed to admit I tried financing here. The father and son running the show are absent at all times.
