1 /5 John Young: Steve iden was unprofessional he didn’t work for me. He worked for the other side he let my ex badmouth me a quart talk down to me in front of court. He did nothing about it. He let the judge do and say whatever he wanted he didn’t try to sit there, and not my phone up my hand, because I was recording him and his unprofessionalism, and then the day before I head trial he quit on me. I spent $2000 on retainer fee for nothing. My ex didn’t have a lawyer at all and she won every court date and all my motions were denied and nothing went through.

1 /5 Cheyenne Reichert: If I could give Steve Iden negative stars, I would. If youre dealing with any type of family law case please look elsewhere. Especially if the case is handled in Logan county. He represented me for a little over two years. Looking back, I can see all of the red flags. There was little to no communication. His office charges for things that they did not complete. His skills in the courtroom are less than up to par. I provided him over 800 items, including a flashdrive, to be submitted and used as evidence at a hearing and he submitted less than 20. I provided him a witness list with more than 12 people willing to testify on my behalf, and he never even called them. He never planned on using anything. He did not call witnesses at hearings, because of his actions, I have had to spend over $10,000 cleaning up the mess he created. The unprofessionalism and laziness of Mr. Iden has had caused TREMENDOUS negative and incorrect effects on my family case and will likely take years to fix. He does not advocate for his clients and shows no genuine interest in actually representing them at trial/ hearings. Luckily I was able to find a firm that confirmed the fact that it was negligence on HIS part. Unfortunately in family court there is no way that I can use ineffective assistance of counsel, so I will be paying thousands more than I already have (to him and the new attorney that I have retained) to fix this mess. Please do not put your trust into Mr. Iden for ANY kind of family law case. His retainer was around 2,000, but after receiving my last invoice I will be paying his firm over $7,500 for him to have MULTIPLE "status hearings" for over a year and a half. He never looked over any discoveries or anything submitted to the court. He spent less than an hour in court when it was our turn. He let the other council use me as my own adverse witness. He knew that an unreliable witness had been subpoenaed on the opposing sides behalf and did not inform me. I found out this information via judici the morning of the hearing. I had to call him to let him know I had sufficient evidence making them not credible. I could go on and on about the trauma he has caused me and my family during this whole process. I am simply posting this review as a warning to anyone who may consider this firm, especially Stephen Iden, as representation in civil matters. PLEASE PLEASE do not use him as representation. I hope that no one ever has to endure the trauma I have because of this negligence of this man. Also, many of the 5 star reviews for this firm are employees, family of employees/ partners of the firm. Just because it states they have xyz years of experience means nothing. Do not be like me and put your trust into this firm.
