I have had other attorneys in the past before I met Scott and wish I could go back in time and only had worked with Scott. He has been a big blessing to me and my family and he has been working with us for 5 years now. I am so thankful for all that he has done and i will continue to work with only him for as long as he is an attorney.

5 /5 F C: Scott is hands down the best attorney in Champaign his professionalism and expertise is second to none. I will not use any other counsel than Mr. Dempsey. He is honest and a good man and will make all your legal matters a walk in the park if you make the right decision and hire him.

1 /5 Angela Bennett: My family has used Scott a couple of times for divorce and real estate. I do not recommend him to anyone. He is slow in handling your case and he doesnt communicate very well with you during that time. He doesnt answer emails promptly nor does he answer the phone. So if you want someone who cares about your time do not hire this guy.

5 /5 Whitney Frields: Scott is an outstanding attorney! I have had him as an attorney for almost 5 years! He has been great the whole five years! He is quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Easy monthly payments. Pre covid Scott did a lot of in person conferences and which he explains all the options and outcomes that could happen in the case. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a divorce attorney, or custody attorney! Five star attorney easily!

1 /5 George Snedeker: Scott Dempsey was great at the beginning of the case but after almost 6 months I have heard from him twice. He has not returned calls, emails, or gotten me further on my case. Im very disappointed and unhappy with the progress and results at this time.
