Elise S My mom recently passed away and had life insurance through Modern Woodman Fraternal Financial. After dealing with life insurance from another company that is now run through Securian, I appreciate Modern Woodman so much. I reached a phone representative easily that gave me answer promptly and assisted me with my claim. It took 10-14 days for payment, and just received it. Of all the banks and insurance companies Ive dealt with in the last month and a half, this has been by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. I really appreciate the fast (human) response. My mom set this up when living in MN and later moved to CA where I too am located. It didnt matter, dealing with them was easy and painless and appreciate the human interaction that was both kind and efficient.

Jessica Bridges Julie has been amazing since the beginning. She told me exactly what I needed, so there weren’t any surprises. The closing process was simple and I literally didn’t have any problems. If I ever needed anything, I could email, Fb message or text her and she got back with me within the hour (usually within minutes.) This is my first home purchase, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I have friends that are going through the same process and their’s have not been as easy.

Gregg McCarty Sr Staff was extremely helpful in a very stressed filled situation with merger. The transition from First Midwest to Old National is a cluster,at best. 5 stars for staff on-site. 0 stars for Old National Bank phone support during transition!

Scott Scheidenhelm James and the team for Jake Surratt have been absolutely terrific to work with on our auto, home and life insurance policies. Then when we had to file a claim from storm damage to our house, James again showed that they truly care for their customers.
