Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.

Initially along with my husband who understood investing and with her guidance when we retired we felt secure with our financial future. Then my husband passed away, I was lost, I didn’t pay much attention during these meetings because I knew he understood all of this! Losing half of my income and not knowing what to do next, I called Gina and she has very patiently helped me understand what we had and helped me to decide how to get the most good out of it. She always had time for me and all the questions I had. I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and kind person to work with.

Michele Andre A shared acct with my daughter and a check in both of our names brought me to this branch today. Wow. Condescension was overwhelming. I felt judged and belittled. Wasnt sure why. They would not cash or deposit the check and blamed the payer. I found out later, it absolutely shouldve been. I noticed their reviews are not glowing. Now I know why.
