1 /5 Michele Andre: A shared acct with my daughter and a check in both of our names brought me to this branch today. Wow. Condescension was overwhelming. I felt judged and belittled. Wasnt sure why. They would not cash or deposit the check and blamed the payer. I found out later, it absolutely shouldve been. I noticed their reviews are not glowing. Now I know why.

1 /5 Jane Obrien: Came in to open up a trust checking account. Was referred to the manager who came out and never introduced himself. Was told he didn’t have time. Had an appt in 30 minutes and really was busy the rest of the day, a Saturday. Suggested later in the week. And to make an appointment. Extremely condescending. Took my business elsewhere.

1 /5 Jamie Kerr: I got got an account at this bank and I took sometime to have any transactions on this account and a representative called me every week to let me know if I didn’t use the account it would be canceled the first time I cashed a check I realized why the reviews were low they charged me to cash two checks and get money vs put it in my account 6 dollars for a 200 dollar check and 7 for a 300dollar check never again! Maybe if the customer service was better but that wasn’t the greatest either

1 /5 Shelly Martin: I got a cashiers check from someone who banks there I called this bank they told me it was good so I deposited it and now my account is overdrawn so I called them again and they are still saying theres enough money in the account! So why didnt the check go through! Cost me almost 500 for lies

1 /5 Marshall Sinnott: If I could give them zero stars I would. They will close your account after thirty days of inactivity even if it’s out of your control and then request you be there in person to reopen the account even though you have been with them for years and live out of state. Staff are never friendly and could care less about the customers. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.
