1 /5 Jen 131860: I started a checking account with them years ago. The account came with the use of a debit card. I’ve always had money in the account and it’s never been overdrawn. Within the last year, the bank has refused to send me the renewed card (as the old one had expired and should be automatically renewed). When I inquired about this, and asked what other options I had, I was ignored. The customer service they once offered is no longer part of the package. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A BANK THAT IS GOING TO RELIABLY ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS AND RENEW YOUR DEBIT CARD, THIS IS NOT THE BANK FOR YOU!
