Now suddenly there is an extra fee. I told them to email, because I didnt want electronic banking. Told me too bad, sign up for electronic banking. BTW, you have come in and sign up for electronic banking. So you want everyone to be electronic but I have to make a trip in. I tried to move money into a CD, again have to come in and do that. I didnt have activity on the account for a year, they charge an "dormant fee" of $5! I have a credit union account which is also "dormant" (savings account), they never change a fee rather they reward me with interest.
I will be changing banks to one who appreciates loyalty.
