2 /5 Katie Smith: I got my last name changed on my debit card. They told me a new one will be here within 5-7 business days. Its day 9 and still no card.. called and all they told me was to come in the next day for a printed card. Been there done that... that card sucks to use anywhere a chip is needed. So they shut my card off this morning, with no way of money. Since the new app doesnt let you know now, I didnt know until I went to the store... P.S the new app will not give you texts about payments.

1 /5 Cattylac: This place has went downhill, first with the debit cards being changed to discover. Awful most places dont accept it. Secondly post balances and any transactions seem to be delivered a day slower than any bank around here.
