I looked at the previous comment that did not rate them well and I couldnt disagree more with that rating. The office staff are some of the nicest people you could get. They answer quickly and promptly respond to any questions I have. Our family has been with Steves office for well over 10 years and could not be happier. Thank you all!

K Ive been using Jimi as my agent for a little over a year and a half. I have multiple policies with country financial and am very pleased with the service Jimi and his company have provided. One day last year we had a bad wind storm blow through that took down trees, limbs and so on. That morning I saw Jimi out in the community checking on his clients damages and doing everything he could to make sure his clients were taken care of. Seeing that, let me know my money and trust is with the right guy and company.

He wasnt able to give us the necessary information at that time. However, we set up an appointment to meet with him on the next business day. At that time, he was able to provide us with the requested information. We felt that Randy had our best interest in mind.
