1 /5 Susan Heaton: I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication regarding my two weather-related claims with agent Tyler Hansen. Over the past 4-5 months, I have made many calls to Tyler without receiving any callbacks.
When I requested a scheduled call via email, Tyler asked me to send my questions to email instead. He did not answer my questions.
This lack of responsiveness and guidance has been disappointing and indicates a significant gap in customer service, claim services. A failure to respond, guide, communicate, respond. No effort to keep me in the loop.
