Charlie Black After being disappointed with my previous insurance company, of many years, I switched over to American Family, with Steven Kieslar. I couldnt be happier with my decision. All of the issues I had experienced, lack of communication, confusing policies, etc., with my previous provider, GONE. Steven takes his time with you. He is quick to answer any questions you might have, and aswers them in a way that you will understand. He always makes sure that there is no confusion before moving on. I highly recommend making the move to American Family Insurance with Steven Kieslar. I promise that you will not regret leaving your old provider behind.

T Wright I was looking to open an account at this location. I asked a simple question as to the process of cashing a check/opening account. I was immediately told that they would not open an account for me just to cash a check. RUDE!!!! I never said I only wanted to cash a check. Talking down to a potential customer is not the way to do/retain business. I am legitimately looking for a local bank with great customer service. I AM ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This service was an epic fail.
