5 /5 Paula Grieves: Sarah Finley and all the staff at SOCU in Ottawa go out of their way to assist their members! I just sent them catered lunch from JJs because they are always so wonderful and work with me for situations that require a little hand holding! More people should take the time to show this type of positive feedback! SOCU staff work very hard for their money and deserve a little boost here and there! Thank you, Sarah and Staff!

1 /5 katie french: I would much rather deal with the people in streator, I went there to put a check into my account since I was off work due to injury. I finally got paid, I told the lady I wanted to put it in my account. She then told me she had to call the number on the check and she had to hold it for 72 hrs. She then said she couldnt get ahold of the people the check was from....I got ahold of them no issue while sitting and waiting. Absolutely no reason for any of this. She kept insisting they couldnt cash a $2000 check, I never wanted to cash it. I wanted to put it in my account so I could pay my bills. I told the lady just forget about it and give me the check back. She again said she had to hold the check. I ended up arguing with her but I got the check back. I barely had enough gas to get me to streator and the streator branch was nice enough to let me put the check in my account and apologize for the issues I had at this branch. I didnt even want the apology from streator. They did there job and then some. This branch did nothing but belittle me when I was injured and couldnt work. Id been waiting a while for that check and couldnt pay any of my bills.
