2 /5 Keisha Davis: I pay a lot on my insurance bill every month just for them to act frugal when I need some dings and dents fixed on my car. You would hope that your insurance company would back you up, but instead, they try to find a reason not to spend much to get anything on your car fixed. I will be changing insurance companies soon.

1 /5 Andy Wright: I have been a policy owner under Seng Sophanavong and the previous agent, James Norton, who sold the business to Seng. I don’t expect much or need much in terms of overall communication with an agent, but when I send an email and wait 7 days without a response I think that’s bad. Unfortunately, since Seng has taken over this business that’s been typical. He doesn’t return emails. This wasn’t the first time it happened to me. I have to forward the email on to someone else to get an answer. I shouldn’t have to do that. There’s a lot of choice out there. If you want good customer service / response to your needs I suggest you look elsewhere.

1 /5 ttoy360: Agents are no longer necessary, everything is done online and when the estimate is lowballed they will not and/or cannot help. My home insurance went up by 500.00 for no reason. Except for maybe all of the distruction caused in the 2020 riots.

5 /5 Judi Dugan: Working with this agent and the office staff has been hassle free. If I call with a question, no matter the reason, I receive an answer quickly. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
