Richard Coleman I called WFA to see if they could help me with financial planning and was connected with Martin. I described my history and current circumstances and goals during which Martin asked quite a few questions. He then made some very specific recommendations and answered my questions in turn. I then asked if WFA offered any services that I should sign up for and, to my surprise, Martin said he didnt think I needed their help at this time but that I could call again if something changed. I offered to pay for his time but he declined that as well. The entire experience was so friendly and helpful!

dirk rettberg Jared is a knowledgeable and personable insurance professional. We had not met until I contacted him about changes and updating my Country Life policies. He was responsive, readily available, consultative and helped immensely. Though there was no new business for him it was a welcome courtesy to me and illustrated his customer service commitment.

Jason Keighin My family has done nothing but good business with Pontiac Exchange since Wes was just selling fishing tackle in the small metal building on Ladd St. Theyre a grown ups business with a small town family atmosphere, as long as you do good by them, they will do good by you. Wes, and now his son George, have turned a tiny bait & pawn shop, into what a lot of people consider a local institution. I would recommend this shop, and these guys over any other pawn broker, gun broker, or precious metals broker within 200 miles of Pontiac Illinois.
