Melissa Brown Just opened a COD - went to open a savings account with a cashiers check with a large amount of money that I wasn’t comfortable keeping with me. I politely Asked if I could please open it so I didn’t have to carry a large amount of money - but because they were closing in 20 minutes and they needed a half an hour to open the savings account they wouldn’t do it for me. I totally understand policy but when you have a new customer try to have a little bit better customer service and try to assist them. I will definitely take my money somewhere else.

He explains the procedure, the possible side effects, and tells us what to look for. He’s a very busy man and doesn’t stay too long chatting but he’s an amazing surgeon.
