1 /5 Douscheon Mandick: They have changed from a community friendly bank to a bank that will not do any business with outside banks. Another bank in Paris that has failed the community. Update: have now started charging fees for things that were never charged. They have turned into a scam all. We as account holders are their boss. I see why they are losing account holders.
