1 /5 Max Piston: Awful experience over the past few years. I dont know what happened in the last few years but what was once a decent company has turned in to complete garbage. They forgot multiple forms on two different years returns. They dont want to stand behind their work, instead requesting more money to fix what they did wrong. Forgot to scan in a W2 once during processing, which then led to a lot of back and forth issues... no quality check in place before submission at all! NEVER had an issue with returns but all of a sudden two years returns back to back had IRS or state issues due to their mistakes. Also, why on earth do they charge about 3 times as much as anyone else?
They promote a quality guarantee, the only thing guaranteed by going here is a messed up return and poor attitudes all around.
