Michael Koulos Lisa and Mark Bova have been incredibly helpful to my family. They pay careful attention to detail and communicate ideas effectively. Not only are they creative, but they are tireless workers as well. (I get tired just watching them). Words alone cannot do justice to their professionalism and integrity.

Cece Bibian Ive had a great experience with Midland States Bank in Joliet. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to my banking needs. Every time I visit the branch, Im met with prompt service and a warm welcome. One small improvement I’d love to see is the addition of an ATM at their downtown location. It would be incredibly convenient for quick deposits or cash withdrawals without having to go inside or visit another branch. Overall, I highly recommend Midland States Bank if youre looking for a local bank that still delivers personal, reliable service.

Jesica Stefanski Staff is always friendly, always helpful and knowledgeable. They really do put people first. Ive used bigger banks like Chase and BMO Harris, and they were always shady with fees and posting deposits after debits. People First never does that. They make the rules clear and stick to them fairly. I love banking with them and trust them. Great people.
