Michael is responsive, compassionate and knowledgeable. He always had my parents best interests in mind and always explained things on our level so it was easy to understand (yes, understanding insurance!). He not only helped with their initial set up of insurance but as their needs changed he adjusted their plans accordingly. He is now helping us again with my husband moving to Medicare this year. As usual, he is amazing with his knowledge, patience and understanding our needs. He gets to know you as a person and what your expectations, desires and needs are. Their customer service is outstanding and I always appreciate speaking to a human being rather than an AI generated answering machine whenever I call their office. I highly recommend them.

His staff will also help you as much as you need, walk you through things on the computer if you need help. The firm is very professional, I would definitely give them a thumbs up!!!
