Patricia Flemming Tim Shay and Associates helped my family and I during a traumatizing time. This is the second time that I have asked for Mr. Shay’s services. Both times have been successful and I am very pleased with Mr. Shay’s ability on taking care of each situation. I have received kindness, sympathy and empathy from Mr. Shay and his team. Ryan Winstead I never expected to call a law firm and have a lawyer answer the phone and then have that same lawyer be the one to handled my case. However, thats what you get when you work with RC&A. You never have to go through a secretary or wait on hold to talk about your case. I was never bounced around to different people. In the few instances when I had to leave a voicemail when I called on the weekend or in the evening my calls were return in a very timely manner. Theyre exceptional at what they do and are extremely transparent with expectations. During our first conversation Jeff told me that "if your lawyer seems to be telling you everything you want to hear you are probably with the wrong law firm." I thought that was very refreshing because before I called RC&A I did call a few other law firms and thats exactly what I heard from each of them and I felt like I was buying a used car. I cant say enough about RB&A theyre absolutely worth every penny. Thanks again RB&A!!

GJ Tribe Not only incorrectly typed up our agreed upon divorce terms, but then also ignored my phone message and email asking about the mistake. Called them again about a week later and left another message. When she called me back, I was told they werent going to change it, despite their mistake, and that I had to file documents with the court. At least she explained the process during this call, which wasnt initially explained to me, but, during the entire call, I felt she was annoyed and not wanting to deal with the issue they created. Also was told during the call that she apologized for the mistake last week, which wasnt the case at all. Do not recommend this business.
