1 /5 GJ Tribe: Not only incorrectly typed up our agreed upon divorce terms, but then also ignored my phone message and email asking about the mistake. Called them again about a week later and left another message. When she called me back, I was told they werent going to change it, despite their mistake, and that I had to file documents with the court. At least she explained the process during this call, which wasnt initially explained to me, but, during the entire call, I felt she was annoyed and not wanting to deal with the issue they created. Also was told during the call that she apologized for the mistake last week, which wasnt the case at all. Do not recommend this business.

1 /5 Adriana Nevarez: I should have listened to the previous reviews. I ended up paying more than TWICE the amount, that’s the reason they charge hourly. Then if you dispute the fees they threaten to take you to court. My attorney showed up in a jean skirt and a nose piercing. They are so rude, hard to get a response from them, ONLY WHEN THEY ARE BILLING YOU THEY RESPOND IMMEDIATELY.

1 /5 Alex Walker: Absolutely horrendously rude staff, unwilling to compromise or listen to you as an individual. Will only talk via lawyers after snapping at you for trying to ask questions about something you dont understand & may be detrimental to your life. Dont expect any empathy or kindness from anyone except the lady who answers the phones. One attorney actually HUNG UP on me mid-sentence because I started having a panic attack about a legal situation Im having trouble understanding. Instead of asking me to calm down (I was clearly starting to cry and hyperventilate), and saying her piece, she got nasty with me and hung up. Do NOT waste your money on this cold, soulless place.

1 /5 Robert Reichardt: Referred to Jeff and Bryan by another lawyer! Non-Responsive to phone calls, emails, etc. Jeff kept making reasons for why he couldn’t response! Even said he had talked to the other party… come to find out… they had no clue who was representing me! Find someone else! These are not your guys!

1 /5 Mike Massong: I beg you, do not use this law office. My experiences with Chantal Host as a guardian ad litem (GAL) have been nothing but unprofessional at best. She was supposed to do an investigation as a GAL for my joint custody case, and I have experienced the following: 1. She never did an investigation. She interviewed me, my daughter and her mother in her office once per person. Several months later, she was court ordered to do a thorough investigation, and she did NOTHING, not even a phone call, from the time of the interviews to the end of the court dates. 2. She actually LIED, both to me and my lawyer, saying that she did do more, specifically interviewing my wife, my parents and (current) in laws, but no one had ever heard of her before. 3. She had every opportunity to do any sort of investigation, put forth any kind of effort, and did not. We started our joint custody case in August 2014, and it took until September 2015 for it to end. She had almost an entire year to call family and friends, investigate the school my daughter was attending, or even to do a home visit -- yes, she never even attempted a home visit. Yet, even though she was instructed by the court, she chose not to do her job. 4. She has not responded to a single phone call or email I have ever sent her after the in office interviews took place in the fall of 2014. 5. Just today (10/27/15) I received an email saying that Chantal was going to take me to court for funds that I owed her (since September 2015) that she never told me I owed her. Not a single email or letter was sent to me about any sum I owed her whatsoever until she was ready to take me to court over it. She even saw me in court on our last court date (In August 2015) and STLL said nothing. Again, no calls, no emails, no mail. I promise this is not a lie: I dont even have a BILL. Her secretary just sent an email saying I was being taken to court, and that I was expected to pay the remainder of what I owed for her "services." Without any record of how those funds accumulated through her "services." Please do not use this GAL. She did not work for me and therefore she did not work for the wellbeing of my child. If you love your children, DO NOT OBTAIN SERVICES HERE.
