Bogdan Matczuk From all Chase branches I’ve experienced across the US this one is the lowest grade. Staff is dry and very unhappy if you ask more than 2 questions. The only unsatisfying answers are: this is our policy or I will be happy to close your account. When last year I requested foreign currency exchange they promised me 5 days processing. It happened in 14 days after my vacation in Iceland. I had to cancel the request and lost my money on this transaction. My relatives did the same transaction in Oswego branch and money were ready next day. My recent visit with simple deposit was also no fun. Surprise of new policy. Lisa Gibson Dr. Hatchet did an amazing job once again. My husband had a surgical procedure done today and as usual it went smoothly. He explains the procedure, the possible side effects, and tells us what to look for. He’s a very busy man and doesn’t stay too long chatting but he’s an amazing surgeon.
