Dayy Maaan I have been with the Credit Union since 2010. Ive been with them through their remodel and this new merger or change to Credit Union 1. I’ve seen a lot of 1-star reviews lately, but honestly, people are being way too quick to complain. Yes, the system changed, but the staff have been great about helping everyone adjust. When I needed help with the new app, they sat with me, explained everything clearly, and we had it working in about five minutes right there in the branch. Every time I have a question, they take the time to make sure I fully understand before I leave. Special shout-out to Daisy — she always greets me with a big smile and makes you feel welcome right away. If you have questions she has got your back and will help until your issue is resolved. Because she’s bilingual, she’s able to help even more people, and that makes a huge difference. Instead of leaving 1-star reviews people should show a little patience and appreciate the great service these folks are working hard to provide. The members are adapting to a new system just like we are. Thanks to everyone at the credit union for helping us all get through this transitional phase that theyre are having alongside us.

Joe L I just wrote a review of the Marshall Branch of Casey State Bank, which I gave 2 stars. The issue I have with both branches is the employees are clearly undertrained, and with the Casey State Bank in general for their clear lack of concern for their customers. After issues with closing my Dads bank accounts and opening an estate account after he passed away 2 months ago. My brother and I did this at the Marshall Branch. I decided to close the account with Casey Bank and open a new estate account at Regions in Robinson. Since I was going to Regions in Robinson, I went to the Robinson Branch of Casey State Bank. I walked into the branch, stated my name, and said that I wanted to close my dads estate account. Just like at the Marshall Branch, no one at the branch knew what to do. The person helping me had to make 2 or 3 phone calls to get instructions on how to help me. After she cut the check, she simply handed me the check. Though I had my wallet sitting on the counter to show her my ID, I was never asked for one. This was a check in the amount of 5 digits. I was shocked that I was never asked for an ID. Anyone could have walked into that bank and stated they were me and wanted to close my dads estate account, and would have been given the check. I dont blame the teller, I blame the bank. If she had been properly trained, and not so distracted by learning how to close the account while doing it, she probably would have remembered to ask for my ID. I have no doubt that I could have made the same mistake if I had been in her shoes.

Justin Bowling Matt is very knowledgeable about the insurance products offered by Country Financial and discusses the pros and cons of each depending on the needs of the customer. He is quick to return a phone call or email when I have a question about my policy or claim. He is also willing to find the answer to those questions if he doesnt already know the answer.

Sandy Reuter I highly recommend Ryan Blume! He is very knowledgeable and helpful! Explains things very well.

Jessica Iler Helped me get the coverage I needed and took the time to explain different plans. I appreciate the knowledge Corey has and the time he takes explaining Insurance options that would be best for me!

Marlyn McCafferty Bank of Hillsboro has been my bank for over 50 years. I like the options of walk in or drive through. I am always greeted courteously by the staff. The staff has always fixed whatever problems I have had ( which have been very few) and were knowledgeable about whatever questions I have had. This has become the bank for my entire family!
