Haley Greenfield Stupidest online app. That always fails when then are closed or have a holiday. Getting tired of it. I Know 12 year olds that could make an app that works more efficiently than theirs does currently. I have to wait till they get me a code and it doesn’t seem to be working ever. I’m tired of calling them and bothering them. But it’s beginning to get to me.

Kevin R I have 5 commercial buildings, vehicle policies and life policies with IIP. Ive been with IIP for about 10 years and received extraordinary customer service. They always shop for the best prices each renewal period. They quickly respond to any issues that come up. It is a night and day difference from the service I received from other agencies the previous 30 years. My only regret is I didnt come across IIP 40 years ago.
