C Loion My co worker referred us to Roberts Insurance to have my current insurance policies reviewed since they went through the roof. She said theyd make sure we werent over insured or uninsured insured. At first we were really hesitant to change agents because we had been with our other agent for over 20 years. I ended up calling and setting up an appointment. We ended up meeting with Heather, went over my concerns with her as well as my complaining about everything under the sun. She was very patient with me and listened, she made me feel at ease, not stupid and as if she truly understood my concerns and wanted to help.
