American family wanted to move me to a new agent when Sr. retired. I fought it and won. Every claim or accident I’ve had in the past has been absolutely convenient and easy to resolve. Bill knows how to make the system work for the customer and he has done this each time where he handled all paperwork and made American Family accommodate my schedule instead of the other way around. Now going into retirement, I see the investments that he recommended and rates will soon benefit me greatly in the years to come.

Be careful as gossip may generate from this office - such a “small town” mentality. Think twice before doing business with them.

Kimberly Guimon I completed a quote online late last evening for multiple policies needed. This morning (less than 12 hours), I received a call following up regarding my request. Jay was AMAZING! I have a few special circumstances Im dealing with regarding getting coverage and a major issue Im dealing with, with a different company. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was so easy to sign up, create an account and get the policy started for when I needed it for.
