Ive been with Howard Wrights office originally on my parents insurance until I got older and got my own insurance. This office is 5 STARS all the way! Maria is my go to agent and she handles everything fast and takes time to explain things in laymans terms. I cant say enough about Howards office! If you need a great agent look no further and be sure to ask for Maria.

Kate Fed Jennifer Zills is one of the most caring, knowledgeable, and helpful people I have ever dealt with in the insurance industry. She explains things so you have a full understanding of what is going on with your coverage. She is extremely dependable when it comes to returning phone calls and emails. She understands the ups and downs of life and does whatever possible to make every transaction as smooth as possible. She is a huge asset to Allstate.

Kyle Brewer Honestly a terrible experience. My agent, Devon, was great. He’s the only reason this is a 2 star instead of a 1. However, the nurse rescheduled my health insurance visit multiple times and when she did show up, she didn’t do everything she was supposed to, leading to more rescheduled appointments. Then, Shelter Insurance sent me a letter telling me my health insurance was being denied for not having all the components (that the nurse never did). When my agent left the company, there was no notification or reaching out telling me who to contact. The only thing Shelter Insurance has ever done is leave me with no desire to deal with them again.
