1 /5 Dmitriy Konovalov: Was pre-approved for a loan offer that was smaller than what I had originally asked for, got a call stating that I should finalize my application in order to check if I qualify for the actual amount that I requested. Told them I didnt want to finalize anything as it may effect my credit score. Was told that the pre-approved amount could be adjusted but only after review. If not I would still be guaranteed the pre-approved amount. So I figured to get everything submitted worst case I get the pre-approved amount. Got denied entirely, now all my sensitive information is submitted, my credit score is affected negatively and I wasted 2 hours getting everything taken care of. Called the office to see what options I had but wasnt able to get an answer/solution out of them. After going back and forth for 20 minutes I was just told to wait for my denial letter and try again next month. Complete waste of time.
