1 /5 Justin Evans: Never again will I deal with them. Called the monday before Thanksgiving to refinance a loan for black Friday shopping, dealt with Christina she said I might be able to get 499.00 she would call me right back. She didnt, I called the next day she said oh sorry let me check on that I call u right back. She never did. The next day which was day before Thanksgiving and she was off that they would leave her a note to call when she is comes back in. So now I dont have the money for black Friday. I was upset so waited and a week and a half later I called and she said yea we can get you the 499.00 Said we will send u a email and download these papers and she will call me once received, I sent them and never heard back couple days later I called again. She said um we are missing a piece from your taxes to send it in and she would call right back so I sent another.. never called back again couple days later I called and still wasnt the paper they needed so I sent another waited a few more days and called and still wasnt it so I finally found the right paper. They called me and it was a guy I never dealt with he was quick and said sorry something came up on your credit we cant move forward have nice Christmas and hung up.. so now its 2 weeks to Christmas needed that for my kids Christmas and they messed around for 2.5 weeks and told me i was approved for the loan to wait tell the very end and said sorry cant now.. now I got to figure out Christmas since i was banking on their word of you can get the 499.00 Ill never deal with them again and Ill make sure to let everyone know how they are.

1 /5 Tall Goofy Bastard: Im never late always early and pay slightly more and this is how Im treated, when this loan is paid off I will not be using them again and I will not recommend this company to anyone ever again. All I needed was 1,500 dollars and with a perfect payment history. This is a ungrateful business. With disgust and sincerity Mr. Birley.....
