Every time I visit the branch, Im met with prompt service and a warm welcome. One small improvement I’d love to see is the addition of an ATM at their downtown location. It would be incredibly convenient for quick deposits or cash withdrawals without having to go inside or visit another branch. Loni Williams Poor business practices. Gives generic leads with recommended guidelines for leads, but when setting appointments does not consider all possible scheduled leads. They do not allow follow ups for cancellations due to health issues. They think its a waste of company time. If an appointment is scheduled customers deserve a call for cancellation. Money driven to take advantage of public instead of helping those in need. Uses health insurance as a way to access and get information of alternate savings for other ulterior motives.
