Shayleigh Nelson Jennifer Z. and her staff are amazing and knowledgeable. My husband and I are young but its never too early to start thinking about and setting up for retirement. We went into the office with just our documents from our employers and Jennifer was able to explain to us everything we needed to know for our investments. Jennifer and staff also treat their clients with the utmost respect and kindness. I would recommend Jennifer and her staff to anyone looking for sound financial advice!

Larry Recar Recently went to the Murphysboro location and the branch manager Went above and beyond for the customer in front of me to make sure that they were Satisfied. She then did the same for me and I have to say I’ve never been happier with customer service.

Alexandra Buisson I’ve been working with Christina for many years, and up until this year, she has been truly wonderful. When she expanded her business, I was thrilled to see her thriving and continued to trust her with our taxes. Unfortunately, something changed this year, and I’m really sad to be writing this. Our scheduled Zoom meeting in late March was canceled the day of due to major software issues on their end. While we completely understood and were flexible (we agreed to proceed with a pre-recorded option instead to give her more time) that ended up being the last time we heard from Christina or her team. From that point on, we received no responses to our emails, even when we kindly asked whether we should look elsewhere for help filing this year. Phone calls went straight to voicemail, and their client portal mentioned the messaging system was down. We gave it ample time, hoping for an update, but it never came. In the end, we had to file our taxes ourselves at the last minute, still with no word from Christina. After so many years of great service, we’re extremely disappointed in how things were handled this time. The complete lack of communication was unprofessional and left us in a really difficult position. Sadly, we’ll be looking for a new CPA moving forward.

Dino Guy Ive spoken with Mark Ridley, he is very professional. If you have money to invest Id recommend talking to him. He hasnt steered me wrong. Im very satisfied with the service I get. The staff are great to work with.

Jason Keighin My family has done nothing but good business with Pontiac Exchange since Wes was just selling fishing tackle in the small metal building on Ladd St. Theyre a grown ups business with a small town family atmosphere, as long as you do good by them, they will do good by you. Wes, and now his son George, have turned a tiny bait & pawn shop, into what a lot of people consider a local institution. I would recommend this shop, and these guys over any other pawn broker, gun broker, or precious metals broker within 200 miles of Pontiac Illinois.
