1 /5 william neal: Took personal time off work to sign paper work for a loan I was already approved for. Waited and waited as everyone in the office yelled my and other customers business all over the office. Just got them to meet me in person. I think my race played a big part but I was eventually denied with no explanation from staff. And very little respect or compassion for my time wasted. Ill never do business with this company in the future....

5 /5 Kenneth Sharp: This was my second time with OneMain Financial. I had no problems either. The ladies that assisted me was kind didnt rush and very knowledgeable. Recommend them

1 /5 Donald Mcneilly: The staff is incredible but I was very unhappy with how they do interest. Normally you pay interest on what you owe. I had 200 dollars left on my loan and come to find out they were still charging me interest on the full amount as if I didnt already pay 90% of the loan in 3 months. So with 200 left I still had another $120 added on. If you get a loan through them be prepared to pay way more than you anticipated.

My wife took out a 10,000 loan payments for 465 a month had the loan for 4 years now and they are saying that the balance is 9000 it’s like she never paid anything talking about a reset they are most definitely predatory lenders I told her to pay there 465 a month to a attorney to dispute this loan I would not recommend them to anyone

1 /5 Tricia Anderson: If I could post this at 0 stars I would! Super friendly staff but when they say there is no penalty for early payoff its a lie. The penalty is that for the first year all you pay is interest, so if you want to pay it off at 9 months you find out that practically nothing has come off principal! The same interest should be applied monthly throughout the entire term of the loan instead of completely ripping people off by applying 90% of your monthly payments to interest. What a nightmare this company turned out to be!! NEVER AGAIN and anyone reading this should carefully consider what they are signing up for.
