Cheryl Anderson Duane Jones was absolutely fantastic to work with on my homeowners and car insurance. He was patient and kind and gave detailed explanations for each recommendation that he made. His office manager Sherri is delightful. She makes sure that you have all the needed paperwork. Garrett Finch Edit; Dropped rating from 5 to 3 stars. Ive gone in multiple times to get credit statements, once I was charged, a couple times I was not. Their online banking website barely works half the time for me. Problems I never experience when it was Soy Capital. Another edit 02/04/23; I have since removed my funds and transferred to Staley Credit Union. I had applied here for an auto loan of less than $30k, and despite my 7 year history with Soy/First Mid, excellent credit score for my age, and ZERO missed credit card payments for the entirety of having my credit card, I was declined. Loyalty doesnt seem to mean anything to them. Went to SCU and walked out within an hour with a check for my truck.
