1 /5 T K: I was a customer for this company for more than 8 years and all 3 vehicles of my family are insured there. Never had an issue. But when I came today to discuss options of changing insurance, one lady started to yell at me and being rude and I even didn’t talk to her, she was sitting on another left side of the office and even wouldn’t be surprised if she is manager or something. How such people can work in customer service field?

1 /5 Overload: Tried to talk to them and communicate the issues that they having before I take my business elsewhere. I have my business insured here, my company vehicles, my personal car and my properties all insured with them and wanted to speak to them regarding the fact that it has been difficult last couple years to get things taken care of because the poor costumer service and representatives with strong attitude. They hung up the phone on me multiple times during different times and they would simply not answer after recognizing the phone. Poor English it’s an issue also but not really a problem if they would try not to be so impolite and have such an attitude. Also believe that they need more staff at summit location because I have called 3days in a row this week and didn’t get an answer. Tried to get the name of the lady that hung up on me but she was quick on hanging up and than never answered the phone after. This happened on October 9th around 2:30pm

2 /5 Maddy Grubb: I had gotten insured here in 2021 when I got my new car. They found me reasonable pricing and helped me put my mom on the same insurance to get it cheaper. We had to add my sister and they weren’t as helpful. They wanted me to pay an extra $1,000 for one month just to add her. They told me it was going to be around $600 for the month total and then I got charged double that. I reached out and all they said was sorry, the agent was confused. I ask if they can refund me because it was a mistake on their end and I get ignored. I have cancelled my insurance through them and will never go through them again.
