Sadie Ann Marie When we went to Burgess and Cline as a class for the Sangamon Valley CEO program, I was completely baffled by how homey it actually was. They made the environment just feel overall great! The employees there are very friendly and personable and keep close attention on your wants as well as your needs. 5 stars from me!

Dave Dammitt Edit to remove prior poor review regarding the inability to cash a mis-endorsed cashiers check.. Branch manager was responsive and polite, and gave me an option, which Ill decline to exercise. Still not a fan of the policy, but at least the cashiers check is no longer worthless.

GFW Trains Chris Heitz is the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He is honest and up front with everything. He looked over our prior insurance coverage with another company and was able to give us the same insurance for a better cost. He took the time to explain everything and was quick to respond to any of my questions. Very happy we made the switch to Country Financial Insurance.

Jennifer has always made sure I have the best coverage for my money. She makes it comfortable to ask questions and explains everything I dont understand. Everyone there makes it such as easy process.

Craig Heun I bought a car with a local dealership and they used this company. They were fast, friendly, and got me in and out with no problems. VERY NICE PEOPLE. Would highly recommend. They also have a really cool desk.
