This was refreshing and most helpful as my previous insurance agent was not interested in doing any kind of insurance review which left me at risk. Her office staff is most helpful and always ready to answer questions and fix any issues that arise.

1 /5 Jason Mulholland: CF was great at accepting my monthly premium for years until I had a no fault auto claim. CF FAILED to represent me. The worst experience ever. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. They encouraged me to pay my deductible and be reimbursed afterwards... still to this day never received one penny. Next day other insured admitted fault and CF was nothing but a roadblock with holding the expedience and full submission of my claim. I was without my vehicle for 3 months, (could not find two different parts in over a year at Watermark) submitted rental reimbursement, never received a dime. It was a large amount 90 days of rental. When accident happened windows were up and blowing cold air had witnesses after accident my a/c had to be replaced for my disabled family member, CF refused to submit claim though my certified mechanic personally verified that it worked prior to accident. The adjuster was an even bigger joke. He must of done a drive by "vehicle accident inspection" my vehicle was locked so he had no access to damages of vehicle supports under hood. He refused to knock on door as instructed... NEVER seen him. He became very defensive when challenged for not doing his job. It was not a pretty standoff. I ended up cancelling not only my other vehicles too and all other drivers but my homeowners policy which thank the lord, I never had a claim. I can only imagine the additional level of negligence and incompetence had that happened. I told them, Id rather my place burn to the ground and be homeless than give them another red cent of my hard earned money. And yes, they kept it too upwards of $6,000 worth of it, still owed me. Then 6 months later they had the audacity to send me a notice asking me to come back. I have never been so abused and misled by so called professionals more like con-artists in my life.

Natasha did a fantastic job of analyzing my insurance needs and recommended an insurance program which provided excellent coverage, and fits my budget!! It’s refreshing to deal with someone so friendly; I always enjoy seeing my new insurance agent. Thanks Natasha

4 /5 T DeWitt: I first met Natasha when she and her husband Tony were in the Herrin office and I accompanied my elderly mother and her husband when they needed to make some financial changes. Watching Natasha and Tony work together reminded me of me and my wife. Its great to see a married couple work so well together. Natasha is obviously very competent and has great people skills. I visited her Marion office many months later, again to help my mother with a financial matter, and it was the same great experience, absent Tony. The only annoying thing was that during the Marion visit, I offered to move a portion of my portfolio to Country, and if I liked the results, had intentions of moving significantly more. I asked Natasha to contact me after the first of the year to begin that process. Its now June and I still havent heard from her. Either she wasnt interested in my business (maybe Country agents dont make much on the investment side?) or she forgot. Either way its a bad look and Ill keep managing my own portfolio for now and consider other options if I do decide to turn that over to a professional.
