Michael Roos 5 Stars! Went to multiple jewelers across the city and ended up with Imperial Jewelers for our engagement ring. Sofia and Terry were both fantastic to work with. We were able to get a great GIA certified diamond with a custom band at a great price. I had a specific date in mind and Imperial worked to get us the ring in less than 2 weeks. We have gotten numerous compliments on the ring and couldnt be happier with the process!

Makenzia Jackson Makaylia was very kind & attentive to me. She explained the different options I had. She explained the deals. She completed 4 new piercings on me. She completed 2 cartilage piercings & did my second holes on my lobes. She explained to me how to clean my piercings also. She was very professional & helpful during my experience.

Deanna K Shopping in Galena & we were so excited to see a Gelato place!! I really wish I had known earlier I also would’ve gotten coffee in the morning here! I had the little cup of lemon gelato & it was so good!! Very refreshing on a hot summer day. We went back later to try another flavor but unfortunately the store closed at 5:00pm. That was a disappointment as it makes the perfect dessert after a dinner in town. (Hint hint…you stay open longer people will come!)

Jim Dempsey 45 years ago, we bought our wedding rings from Rodger. He was just getting started in his business. Recently, my wife lost her diamond when her ring got caught in a fence. She didn’t realize the diamond was missing until the next day. We searched but couldn’t find it. She couldn’t get the ring off her finger and had to have a local jeweler cut it off. My ring was too small as well. We mailed both rings back to Rodger’s son, Nick. We just got them back today and they are absolutely gorgeous! They look brand new! We highly recommend Rodger Burke Jewelers. They have great prices and are very professional. You won’t be disappointed!

Her communication was top notch - would get right back to me, sometimes before I was even home from the store. I had an appraisal done, as well - great service!! All around - FANTASTIC! Michelle Nicholson I had a great experience with this Kay Jewelers. I went to have a ring cleaning and was informed of a sale starting the next day. I was interested in resizing my original engagement ring. I came the next day and Sam helped me out. I landed up buying a new engagement ring and turned my old diamond into a pendent. Everyone was professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Both the ring and the pendent only took a week to get back. Very happy with my purchase! Thanks to all that helped me out.
