Cece Bibian Ive had a great experience with Midland States Bank in Joliet. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to my banking needs. Every time I visit the branch, Im met with prompt service and a warm welcome. One small improvement I’d love to see is the addition of an ATM at their downtown location. It would be incredibly convenient for quick deposits or cash withdrawals without having to go inside or visit another branch. Overall, I highly recommend Midland States Bank if youre looking for a local bank that still delivers personal, reliable service.
