5 /5 Jennifer Sparks: I had to go in to ask a question about a letter I received in the mail. I was honestly a little hesitant because of the reviews I had seen on here, but I had a very pleasant experience. The receptionist was very polite and while I had to wait a little longer than I expected, the caseworker that came to talk to me was very polite and professional as well.

1 /5 Joshua Laurent: The waiting time is ridiculous you better have a day off or nothing to do. The receptionist is very rude .listen here just because you have a state job dont be rude to the public . Some people need the help . Get someone who is helpful and enjoys the public

1 /5 Caitlin Moore: I came in to put my son back on my link and they were so rude to me an pretty much called me stupid an wasnt explaining anything well I dont go there anymore! Not to mention I was 6 months pregnant

1 /5 Jesus is king always: Whats amazing is the fact public aid sends out letters stating youre going to get an increase in your EBT benefits instead change the laws and lowered it even further to the point where I can only get a handful of groceries that only last a week.
