Edoardo Tortoledo Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.

I liked dealing with State Farm but after I talked to Ty, I realized he was more upfront and more personal with me than any insurance company I’ve had before. They helped me drop my rate AND kept the same coverage I had before. Dropped it by nearly $100! Don’t hesitate to reach out to them and see what deals they can work for you.

T Wright I was looking to open an account at this location. I asked a simple question as to the process of cashing a check/opening account. I was immediately told that they would not open an account for me just to cash a check. RUDE!!!! I never said I only wanted to cash a check. Talking down to a potential customer is not the way to do/retain business. I am legitimately looking for a local bank with great customer service. I AM ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. This service was an epic fail.
