1 /5 Trisha Robinson: When I called to let Marshal Mutal know about the wind damage to my roof. The lady was not very pleasant at all. I wish I could remember her name. She right off said we wont pay for your whole roof. No one had even came out to take a look at the roof nor did I even mention the whole roof. My husband has been with this company for many many years. After my husband passed away I continued to stay with them. This is the first time I had to contact them over all the years weve been with them.(Thankfully) I cant believe I was treated so terribly. I will be looking into a different insurance company. To top it off they dont want to cover hardly anything to fix the roof or the leaking ceiling.Very unsatisfied customer.
