1 /5 Trey Haynes: Recently took out a loan. Got a welcome call. Due to some confusion between the bank and what the person on the welcome call said, it seemed like they hadnt deposited five hundred and we had to come in and pick it up. So I walked in, no attitude or anything and said " hey yeah we took out a loan and I guess we were supposed to come in and pick up five hundred." And this lady from the back, not who I was talking to. But apparently managing the store "or listens to everything that is said" stood with a very big attitude acting like someone was trying to cause a problem and continued to be rude questioning Well who called you and I was like someone from here and then she was like "what was the number" So I gave her the number to their office that called. And she said "no thats not what happened. She called to welcome you and she wouldnt say that" and Ill say it was a welcome call but I swear to god she litteraly said "if I need an extra five hundred that they had it there for me to stop by anytime." Anyway she was intent on essentially telling me I was lieing because that didnt happen. While asserting she wasnt calling me a liar, just someone whos apparently relaying events based off of her knowledge that cant be possible. I wasnt even mad about the situation like at all. Just confused and relaying what I told. Anyway she said the calls are recorded id appreciate if she pulled it and sent it to me so we can go over it together. I have half a nerve to contact someone about obtaining the recording cause if that was said and it wasnt true, which it wasnt true im sure this violates some law about misrepresentation. And I wouldnt even take it there but holy lord, the attitude from this woman for no reason. So not professional so unnecessary.
