1 /5 java aspen: Do not purchase insurance from this location. Specifically agent Fatima Santana. She told me what my down payment price would be for full coverage and what my monthly payment would be. Both were significantly lower than a couple of months ago. I asked her why was it different she said “insurance rates change everyday”. Before I made my payment I asked her multiple times was she sure that my monthly payment amount would be what she stated she said yes. Once I made my down payment she sent me my documents and I told her I don’t see anywhere on the document that states my monthly payment amount. I asked her to send it to me in writing. She asked to call me back, when she called me back she said that my down payment amount would be different and my monthly payment amount because they ran my license and me being younger would increase the payment amounts. I immediately asked for a refund. This was Thursday November 21st. She told me payment would be returned in 24 hours being that it was not fully processed yet. Friday still no payment returned. I called again and she had an attitude about me asking about my money!!!! She hung up before I finished speaking. I spoke to some one else and they stated that the maximum would be 72 hours. The weekend has passed now it is November 26th, a day before thanksgiving. Still no payment returned. I called again today and they said my payment was sent back yesterday and now it would take 24 hours to be returned. Very inaccurate information and very unprofessional. I hate that I ever went through them. Makes me sick!
