5 /5 Diane: I have used liberty tax for several years. Karla is great n very personable. I was was going to use Turbo Tax this year because it would have been a lot cheaper. Because of the respect I have for Karla n the knowledge that she knows her stuff I was willing to pay the higher fee. I am secure that everything was done right. As long as Karla is there I will keep returning to Liberty Tax and I will tell everyone I know to go there. You need more employees like her. 5 /5 dj: Karla was amazing the call center that set up our appointment put it in the wrong city. She was polite and did her best to get us in the same day in Macomb that our appointment was scheduled. Very professional and helpful when I asked questions about me return.
