Bianca Mendoza My review is regarding Diana Whited. I have been with this agency for two years now. A friend of mine worked there and quickly informed me that once I had officially signed on, that Diana would be my commercial agent. I am both impressed and in debt with Diana because one, she works quick and she is very knowledgeable in her line of work. Two, when we recently had a financial problem regarding paying our insurance on time, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we could work directly with the underwriter. She worked it out so we would not have our insurance cancelled indefinitely and so they could reinstate it quickly, even without full payment. Working with Acuity as a commercial insurance has been one of the best decisions we have ever made and had it not been for Market Financial working with them, we probably would have continued being with the big insurance giants that did not bother working with the little guys (us) and bother to establish a relationship. Elise S My mom recently passed away and had life insurance through Modern Woodman Fraternal Financial. After dealing with life insurance from another company that is now run through Securian, I appreciate Modern Woodman so much. I reached a phone representative easily that gave me answer promptly and assisted me with my claim. It took 10-14 days for payment, and just received it. Of all the banks and insurance companies Ive dealt with in the last month and a half, this has been by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. I really appreciate the fast (human) response. My mom set this up when living in MN and later moved to CA where I too am located. It didnt matter, dealing with them was easy and painless and appreciate the human interaction that was both kind and efficient.
